Book With Confidence: Holiday Vacations Travel Assurance Booking Policy

Holiday Vacations will not operate a tour to a country or area that within 45 days of departure is classified as a Level 3 by the CDC, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

  1. Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel their tour reservation for any reason prior to the scheduled final payment date.
  2. If Holiday Vacations cancels travel after the final payment is due:
    1. a. Guests can transfer to another tour and receive a $100 per person travel credit. If the tour the guest transfers to has a lower price, the difference will be refunded. If the tour has a higher price the balance will be due at the final payment date for the new tour.
    2. b. Or, guests can receive a 100% refund for the tour Holiday Vacations canceled and receive a $100 travel credit for future travel.
  3. If Holiday Vacations is operating a tour and a guest cancels because of concerns regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) between the scheduled final payment date and eight (8) days prior to the departure date, Holiday Vacations will waive the cancellation fee and apply the amount of the cancellation fee as a credit towards a future tour. The travel credit must be applied to a tour departing prior to December 15, 2021. Regular cancellation fees apply if a guest cancels within eight (8) days of departure, or if a guest cancels for other reasons.  Insurance premiums are not refundable after the scheduled final payment date.

This policy is in effect for bookings made between September 2 and December 31, 2020.
