Tom moved to Erie in the late 1980s to live in an area that received a lot of snow. He and his wife, Jan, along with the “Snow Dog” Junebug, keep a close eye on area weather. He also teaches meteorology at the local Penn State University campus, the Behrend College. Tom has previously hosted several Holiday Vacations tours.
