Day 1 : Fly to Fort Myers
We are welcomed by the inviting warmth of Fort Myers, Florida. The area’s ideal climate makes it the perfect place for relaxation and cheering on our favorite baseball team! We check in to our comfortable accommodations, just a short drive to the Minnesota Twins training stadium.
Day 2 : Minnesota Twins vs. Atlanta
Savor an included breakfast, freshly prepared at our hotel each morning. We begin our baseball vacation at the Minnesota Twins spring training facility, Hammond Stadium, to see the Twins play Atlanta. Get to know other Twins fans, your traveling companions, at a Holiday Vacations Welcome Dinner.
Day 3 : Minnesota Twins @ Pittsburgh
In LECOM Park located in Bradenton, the Twins take on Pittsburgh today. Relax and enjoy the beautiful weather as we cheer on our favorite team. Back in Fort Myers, we enjoy a dinner at Cristof’s on McGregor, serving a variety of Southern specialties and seafood.
Day 4 : Minnesota Twins @ Tampa Bay
We are off to Charlotte Sports Park in Port Charlotte, Florida where the Twins take on Tampa Bay. Enjoy our hotel’s amenities and socialize with other Twins fans at the nightly reception featuring complimentary beverages and snacks.
Day 5 : Minnesota Twins vs. Boston
For a novel attraction, visit the Edison and Ford Winter Estates, adjacent winter homes of the game-changing inventor-businessmen Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. Explore historic buildings, gardens, and the Botanic Research Lab spanning the property’s 20 acres. We arrive at Hammond Stadium for the final ball game of our Florida getaway and enjoy a barbecue picnic Farewell Dinner at the ballpark as we cheer on the Twins vs. Boston.

Dave was the 40-year co-host of WCCO Radio’s popular Sunday morning Sports Huddle and was the color analyst on Gopher football broadcasts for 14 years.
Dave covered the Minnesota Twins as a newspaper reporter and once served as editor of Dave Moore’s Bedtime Nooz. In 1981 he founded the Minneapolis office of Weber Shandwick, the largest public relations firm in the region. Dave was inducted into the Minnesota Business Hall of Fame in 2013.
Dave and his wife, Linda, are both past presidents of the University of Minnesota 60,000-member Alumni Association. Dave has chaired the boards of the Greater Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce, Meet Minneapolis, The Minnesota Vikings Children’s Fund and VocalEssence. They co-chaired the highly successful 2008 U.S. Women’s Open Golf Championship, and both are members of the Twin Cities Volunteer Hall of Fame.
