with Holiday Vacations
Holiday Vacations considers guest health top priority. We know the value our tours have in giving you extra peace of mind with prearrangements, good-faith health declarations, and safety protocols that align with the TOURCARE guidelines given by the USTOA (United States Tour Operators Association). The USTOA supports integrity and trust-building in the US tour operator industry. Its goals involve education, consumer and travel advisor protection, modeling high levels of professionalism, and promoting travel worldwide with the Department of Transportation (DOT).

Travel Health Screening
All travelers will complete a health declaration prior to travel. Additionally, everyone will participate in self-monitoring protocols while on tour.
Hand sanitizer is available on motorcoaches for your use when boarding. Surfaces are disinfected frequently, drivers wear protective gear, and cabin air is cleaned by filtering fresh, outdoor air with HEPA filtration systems.
Different airlines have their own safety protocols. Common standards for some of the airlines include mandatory mask wearing of flight attendants, enhanced protocol for sanitation, and modified food and beverage service for heightened protection. Practices can change at any time. Please click here for links to official websites of major airlines to learn more about current specific policies.

On-Tour Safety: Hotels, Restaurants & Attractions
We have coordinated with our travel partners and have agreements for effective physical distancing and sanitizing procedures in place for our tours.
Our Tour Directors and Drivers are trained in the enhanced health and safety protocols necessary for the operation of our tours. They work closely with our in-house operations teams and our travel partners to relay necessary safety and sanitation measures.
Tour size has been reduced to allow for physical distancing. With fewer people on tour, physical distancing is more comfortable and traveling together is safer and more pleasant.
24/7 Emergency Assistance
Staff is available to you around-the-clock and our Tour Directors are trained to assist in emergencies.
While touring, in addition to the wearing of masks and use of hand sanitizer, we ask the following of our staff and guests to maximize safety:
