The love of travel is a shared passion between Holiday Vacations and our guests. We are dedicated to bringing you the same unparalleled travel experiences we’ve delivered since 1973. During these unprecedented times, we would like to highlight the many ways that your health and safety continue to be a top priority for Holiday Vacations.
We know the value our tours have in giving you extra peace of mind with prearrangements, good-faith health declarations, and safety protocols. These important tenets align with the TOURCARE guidelines given by the USTOA (United States Tour Operators Association). The USTOA supports integrity and trust-building in the US tour operator industry. Click or tap the icon to view these guidelines.
Holiday Vacations is diligently working to keep you healthy and safe throughout your travels. Below you will find some of the ways Holiday Vacation plans to operate today. We offer an optional Travel Protection Plan, which helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, and more. Tour-Specific Safety Information When you book with Holiday Vacations, you’ll receive destination-specific information regarding safety and health protocols. You’ll also receive details on what you can expect from Holiday Vacations for helping to protect your health on tour from start to finish.
Travel Health Screening All travelers will complete a health declaration prior to travel. Additionally, everyone will participate in self-monitoring protocols while on tour.
Motorcoach Safety Hand sanitizer is available on motorcoaches for your use when boarding. Surfaces are disinfected frequently, drivers wear protective gear, and cabin air is cleaned by filtering fresh, outdoor air with HEPA filtration systems. Reduced group sizes allow us more room for physical distancing on the vehicles.
Flight Safety Different airlines have their own safety protocols. Common standards for some of the airlines include mandatory mask wearing, enhanced protocol for sanitation, and modified food and beverage service for heightened protection. Practices can change at any time. Please click here for links to official websites of major airlines to learn more about current specific policies.
