While Touring

On-Tour Safety: Hotels, Restaurants & Attractions
We have coordinated with our travel partners and have agreements for effective physical distancing and sanitizing procedures in place for our tours.

Trained Staff
Our Tour Directors and Drivers are trained in the enhanced health and safety protocols necessary for the operation of our tours. They work closely with our in-house operations teams and our travel partners to relay necessary safety and sanitation measures.

Smaller Groups
Tour size has been reduced to allow for physical distancing. With fewer people on tour, physical distancing is more comfortable and traveling together is safer and more pleasant.

24/7 Emergency Assistance
Staff is available to you around-the-clock and our Tour Directors are trained to assist in emergencies.

Safety Recommendations

While touring, in addition to the wearing of masks and use of hand sanitizer, we ask the following of our staff and guests to maximize safety:

  1. Bring your own cloth masks, travel-sized hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.
  2. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after being in a public place or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not available, use hand sanitizer that contains 60% alcohol.
  3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  4. Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others.
  5. Watch for symptoms like fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other COVID-19 symptoms. If you have symptoms, stay away from others and contact a medical professional.
  6. Respect the boundaries of others including their wishes and concerns about personal space.
  7. Limit the amount of luggage and personal items you bring. Travel light with self-manageable carry-on items.
