Once you have been to Kenya you can’t help but fall under its spell. I am always touched by the friendliness and vibrancy of the people, who are interested in talking to us and sharing their enthusiasm for their country. And I delight in the absolutely amazing bird and animal sightings that we enjoy in so many different regions of the country. To see the rescued baby elephants up close in the Daphne Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage in Nairobi and then to see herds of elephants in the wild is breathtaking. The anticipation of spotting the Big Five is always exciting; to be surrounded by the hundreds of thousands of wildebeest and zebras in the Maasai Mara during the Great Migration is an unforgettable experience; and to have the option of taking a hot air balloon ride over the Mara in the early morning and then landing out in the “middle of nowhere” and being served a cooked-to-order breakfast is the stuff of the movie world – and it can be yours as well. An extraordinary opportunity awaits you whenever you visit Kenya!
