COVID-19 Vaccine Policy
At Holiday Vacations we are committed to providing a safe experience for our guests. We are vigilant in monitoring the changing state of travel safety and understanding the many different destination requirements through the pandemic.
With the recent changes noted, we are modifying our vaccine requirement for travel. All Holiday Vacations guests and on tour staff must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. “Fully vaccinated” means a person has received their primary series of a COVID-19 vaccine and at least two weeks has passed since their last shot. Additionally, if travel destinations require boosters or COVID-19 testing, all guests agree to comply with their specific destination requirements.
These requirements apply for all tours starting on after April 1, 2022 or later.

Required COVID-19 Policy Forms
Until further notice, Holiday Vacations requires all guests (including Tour Director, driver, and other staff on tour) to attest that they are fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Fully vaccinated” means a person has received their primary series of a COVID-19 vaccine and at least two weeks has passed since their last shot. Additionally, destinations you will visit require boosters or COVID-19 testing, all guests agree to comply with their specific destination requirements.
These forms must be submitted to Holiday Vacations by the final payment date of the tour. Proof (in the form of the CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Card or other official documentation) DOES NOT need to be submitted with the Agreement. Online form submission constitutes a legally binding statement.

Tour-Specific Safety Information
When you book with Holiday Vacations, you receive destination-specific information regarding safety and health protocols which include vaccination and masking requirements if necessary. you also receive details on what you can expect from Holiday Vacations for helping to protect your health on tour from start to finish.
Travel Health Screening
All travelers complete a health declaration prior to travel. Additionally, everyone participates in self-monitoring protocols while on tour.
Hand sanitizer is available on motorcoaches for your use when boarding. Surfaces are disinfected frequently, drivers wear protective gear, and cabin air is cleaned by filtering fresh, outdoor air with HEPA filtration systems.
Different airlines have their own safety protocols. Common standards for some of the airlines include mandatory mask wearing, enhanced protocol for sanitation, and modified food and beverage service for heightened protection. We have coordinated with our travel partners and have agreements for effective physical distancing and sanitizing procedures in place for our tours.
Our Tour Directors and Drivers are trained in enhanced health and safety protocols necessary for the operation of our tours. They work closely with our in-house operations teams and our travel partners to relay necessary safety and sanitation measures.
