Refer-a-Friend Program Details
How do I get started? If you love the incredible sights, unforgettable experiences, and worry-free ease of Holiday Vacations travel, be sure to tell others about it! During your tour, you’ll receive a custom referral link through the Holiday Traveler mobile app that you can easily send to friends and family. You can also access this link anytime after the tour ends by tapping “Tour Offers” in the app. The referred traveler must then use your link or call to provide your full name and ZIP Code.
Referring Travelers (you) must have completed at least one tour with Holiday Vacations to begin earning Refer-a-Friend credits. You will earn a $200 travel credit for each eligible new guest that completes their first tour with us. Upon their tour departure, we’ll notify you by email that the credit has been added to your account. This email will serve as your official record of the credits earned.
Referred Travelers (your friends) must follow the instructions provided in the referral email or call to provide your full name and ZIP code within 7 days of booking to be eligible for the credit. They cannot share your address and need to be new to Holiday Vacations, with no past or current bookings.
Redeeming Credits: Stack your credits and apply as many as you’d like toward your next booking with us. There’s no limit; you could even travel for free! If your available credits exceed the cost of your tour, the remaining balance will carry over to a future booking. If you cancel a tour, all credits used towards the booking will be reapplied to your account, unless they have expired. Refer-a-Friend credits are valid for 24 months from the issue date, cannot be applied to bookings that have already been paid in full, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
Your privacy: When you share the name and contact information of a referring or referred traveler as part of this program, we use that information only to confirm their booking status and/or eligibility to participate. For details on how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
*The Holiday Vacations Refer-a-Friend Program launched on April 2, 2019, with credits awarded for new bookings on or after this date. As of June 20, 2025, the program has been enhanced to include a $100 credit for referred travelers. This enhancement applies only to first-time bookings made on or after the effective date and is not retroactive.
