Day 1 : Fly to Oahu

A traditional lei greeting welcomes us to the Islands of Aloha. We check in to our beautiful hotel for the next two nights, nestled along the white sands of Waikiki Beach with views of Diamond Head crater. Enjoy soaking up the warm Hawaiian breeze from your private lanai.

Day 2 : Pearl Harbor & City Tour

Today, we explore Honolulu’s must-see attractions and get to know fellow travelers over a delicious Welcome Lunch. Journey to the most moving site on Oahu: Pearl Harbor National Memorial. At the visitor center, browse exhibits that recall the pivotal day that catapulted the United States into World War II and take a Navy launch to the USS Arizona Memorial, which spans the sunken battleship. On our city tour, view the volcanic-shaped Hawaiian State Capitol building as well as Iolani Palace, the only palace in the country once inhabited by a reigning monarch. We also drive through the Punchbowl, an extinct volcano and home of the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. The evening is at your leisure. After an included breakfast, we embark on a tour of the capital city that includes the most moving site on Oahu: Pearl Harbor National Memorial. At the visitor center, view galleries and exhibits that recall December 7, 1941, the day that catapulted the United States into World War II. We enjoy a documentary film and a Navy launch out to the USS Arizona Memorial to observe the sunken battleship. This afternoon, get to know fellow travelers over a Welcome Lunch. Our city tour continues with views of the volcanic-shaped Hawaii State Capitol building and Iolani Palace, home to Hawaii's last reigning monarchs. We also drive through the Punchbowl, an extinct volcano and home of the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. *Navy launch to the USS Arizona Memorial is subject to weather and availability through the National Park Service. Tickets are confirmed the day prior.

Day 3 : Pride of America

We indulge in a relaxing morning before transferring to the only U.S.-flagged cruise ship, Norwegian Cruise Line's Pride of America, for our seven-night cruise. Enjoy all the benefits of NCL’s Freestyle Cruising, where you set your own schedule with a variety of activities and dining options. There are countless ways to spend your time on board such as getting pampered at the spa, listening to live music, joining one of the ship’s popular deck parties, sipping a mai tai at the bar, or learning about local culture from a Native ambassador.

Day 4 : Maui

Our first port of call is Kahului, Maui. The day is yours to explore the Valley Isle, named for its long blankets of green basins set against soaring mountains. You may enjoy playing a round of golf or soaking up the sun on a gorgeous beach while taking in views of the North Pacific Ocean, which is frequented by calving humpback whales throughout the winter.

Day 5 : The Valley Isle

Take advantage of another full day on Maui to spend as you please! Choose from NCL’s incredible excursions, explore independently, or relax on board with a variety of entertainment and dining options.

Day 6 : Hawaii Volcanoes National Park

Our ship docks in Hilo on the Big Island this morning, the gateway to a fascinating world of active volcanoes. We board a comfortable motorcoach and travel to Rainbow Falls, hoping to see one of its colorful spectrums of light as the water cascades from 80 feet above. Our journey continues to a restaurant just outside of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park for lunch. Afterwards, our private driver-guide takes us inside the park to share fascinating insight about the creation of the islands as we witness how 70 million years of volcanic activity has shaped the landscape. Gaze upon volcanic craters, steam vents, eerie lava formations, and more. Back on the ship, we begin our cruise around the Big Island to Kona.

Day 7 : The Big Island

We anchor off the coast of the Big Island’s leeward (west) side this morning, taking tenders into the heart of Kailua-Kona. Spend the day pursuing personal interests with a variety of shore excursions and activities to choose from. You may enjoy a black sand beach hike, a glass-bottom reef tour, or an enriching coffee farm visit to make your own fresh roast. A tour of historic Kona is also an option, including sights of Old Hawaii at Pu’uhonua O Honaunau National Historical Park and St. Benedict's historic painted church, noted for its colorful murals depicting biblical scenes.

Day 8 : Authentic Luau

This morning’s port of call is Nawiliwili, Kauai. Known as the Garden Isle, this island is a lush paradise of rainforests, tropical flowers, magnificent canyons, and beaches. NCL provides many exciting options to make the most of your day, including an excursion to Waimea Canyon and Smith’s Fern Grotto. This evening, we travel to Luau Kalamaku at Kilohana Plantation for a traditional evening that immerses us in the flavors, culture, dancing, and sounds of Polynesia.

Day 9 : The Garden Isle

We enjoy another full day to discover Kauai’s best treasures. This is a wonderful time to experience flightseeing on an optional Mokihana Helicopter adventure! Take in bird’s-eye views of the island’s stunning landscape, like the “Valley of the Lost Tribe,” shrouded in mystery. We board our ship this evening and begin cruising back to the beautiful island of Oahu.

Day 10 : Oahu’s North Shore

Our cruise concludes in Honolulu this morning. We disembark to meet our driver-guide for an incredible private tour of Oahu’s North Shore, a mecca for surfers and those seeking a taste of Old Hawaii. Later, we board our overnight flight back to the mainland.

Day 11 : Arrive Home
