En route to New Orleans we’ll explore the only Tabasco production facility in the world. It’s incredible to think that the iconic sauce has just three ingredients and ages for five years before it is bottled and sold. The New Orleans School of Cooking Discover the basics of Cajun and Creole cuisine at the New Orleans School of Cooking, where we attend a private cooking demonstration and enjoy tastings presented by a culinary educator.
