This estate dates back to 1864 when Gaylord Wilcox began growing sugar cane in the midst of Hawaii’s sugar boom. He built Kauai’s first mansion in the early 1900s, which has been immaculately preserved. Enjoy a stroll through the tropical gardens before witnessing a customary imu ceremony, followed by a delicious dinner with drinks and dessert. Our night concludes with an authentic luau performance that transports us back to ancient Polynesia while telling the story of those who voyaged from Tahiti to Kauai.
