PROMOTION SUMMARY 

Holiday Vacations is in the business of making memories, and there’s no better way to capture those memories for a lifetime than with photos. Now it’s time to show off all of the amazing pictures you’ve captured while on tour with us. If you traveled with us between January 2025 - December 2025, submit one of your favorite photos from your trip (per category) and you could win! If submitting a photo to each category, you may only win in one category. The winners will be determined by the general public following specific judging guidelines. The winners will each receive a feature on our Holiday Travelers Club newsletter, a $300 travel credit towards any Holiday Vacations tour, and a $50 gift certificate to our Holiday Travelers Store. This contest will be hosted on the Holiday Vacations public Facebook page. 

PROMOTION TIMELINE 

The contest begins Monday, February 16, 2026 at 9:00 AM CST and will close Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST. The general public will vote from March 3, 2026 to March 15, 2026 to determine a winner. The winner will be notified by phone on March 16, 2026. 

ELIGIBILITY 

This contest is open to all legal residents of the United States of America* who are a) age 18 years or older b) a guest of Holiday Vacations. Holiday Vacations reserves the right to disqualify or remove any entry that violates the rules of Facebook or Holiday Vacations Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.holidayvacations.com/privacy-policies/. 

*RESTRICTIONS- If you are a parent, subsidiary, affiliate, vendor, advertising agency, employee, previous employee, past or previous independent contractor or otherwise related to or have a relationship with Holiday Vacations, you may submit photos but are NOT eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law. This contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws where they apply. 

HOW TO ENTER 

Visit holidayvacations.com/great-photo-hunt/ to submit your photo entry and information. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per category using only one (1) email address throughout the duration of the contest. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the allowable entries through the use of multiple/different email addresses, identities, or other methods will void ALL of such entrants’ entries. Each photo submitted must be accompanied by a caption that includes the month, year, and location that the photo was taken. If more than one photograph is submitted per category, Holiday Vacations reserves the right to choose the one that will be submitted for voting. All photos must be from a Holiday Vacations tour to be eligible. Participants must send entries using the correct contest entry form, including email address, photo, and caption. Holiday Vacations reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. Legal ID will be required. Illegible or incomplete entries are void. Holiday Vacations is not responsible for entrants entering incorrect contact information or not following the required steps. Participants attest that any photos submitted are original work and do not infringe in any way on the copyright or trademark of another. 

DISQUALIFICATION 

Holiday Vacations reserves the right to disqualify any entrant at any time if it is determined or suspected that the entrant has submitted an entry with the intent to deceive or if a submission contains fraudulent information. Any entries that are found to not be original will also be immediately disqualified. Holiday Vacations reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time if there are fraudulent entries or technical failures. In the event of cancellation, Holiday Vacations reserves the right to select the winner from the pool of eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of cancellation. 

SELECTION CRITERIA 

The winners will be chosen by the general public based on the same judging guidelines. All submissions will be judged equally and fairly based on the following criteria: a) uniqueness b) photo quality c) emotional appeal. 

ENTRANT LICENSES, RELEASES & PERMISSIONS 

By participating in this promotion, to the extent permitted by law, you are confirming we, Holiday Vacations, can release your name and submission picture for publication, for the purpose of this promotion with no form of compensation. Furthermore, by entering this contest, you grant us the right to use and publish your photo(s) accompanied by your name. Our use of the content includes, but is not limited to, printed marketing materials, our website, and social media. 

VOTING INSTRUCTIONS 

Visit facebook.com/TravelwithHoliday/, find the “2026 Great Photo Hunt – Landscapes & Landmarks” photo album and the “2026 Great Photo Hunt – Smiles Around the World” photo album. To vote, react to your favorite photos. The photo with the most reactions wins. You may vote on more than one photo. All reactions (like/love/wow/etc.) will be counted as a vote. 

ODDS OF WINNING 

Odds of winning per category are determined by the number of entries in each category (1:total entries). No purchase or fee is required to enter or to win. A purchase does not improve the odds of winning. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 

WINNER 

Each qualifying submission will be voted on. Participants can vote by liking/reacting to an image. Voting will begin Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM CST and close Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm CST. The winners will be notified by phone on March 16, 2026. If there is no response within 24 hours, the winners will be contacted by email (if available). If the winners do not respond and claim their prize within three business days of the initial phone call, the runner up(s) will take their place. If the same person receives the highest number of reactions in both categories, they will only be crowned winner of one category. The runner-up will be named the winner of the other category.

THE PRIZE 

The winners will receive an exclusive feature in the spring issue of the Holiday Travelers Club newsletter, a $300 travel credit towards any Holiday Vacations tour, and a $50 Holiday Travelers Store gift certificate. Additionally, the winning submissions will be featured on the Holiday Vacations Facebook page. Total value of $350. Winnings are not required to be claimed on taxes. Winners will NOT receive a 1099-Misc form at the end of the year. The credit must be applied within one year of the issue date. 

Travel credit must be mentioned at the time of booking. It may be used in conjunction with any additional valid credits, with the exception of only one loyalty credit and one travel show credit per person. No portion of the prize may be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted. All expenses not specifically identified as included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance, participation in and/or use of the prize is at the winner’s sole risk and Holiday Vacations is not responsible for any damages whatsoever including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of the prize.

RELEASE 

All entrants and the winners release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Holiday Vacations, contest entities, and their respective managers, members, directors, officers, employees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and representatives from and against any liability for any damages, injury or losses, to any person (including death), or property, of any kind resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, any portion thereof or participation in this contest. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY 

The contest entities are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or undeliverable entries due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, servers or providers, computer equipment, or any other telecommunications malfunctions that limit a person’s ability to participate in the contest. 

CONTEST ISSUES 

Any attempt by a person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices, or intent to harass other entrants, will be prohibited from entering the contest. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimacy of the operation is a violation of criminal and civil law, and Holiday Vacations reserves the right to seek damages from such person to the fullest extent of the law should this occur. 

If at any point the contest is not capable of running as planned due to technical errors, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond reasonable control, Holiday Vacations reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest. 

DISPUTES 

Except where prohibited, the entrant agrees that all disputes and claims arising out of this contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, whether foreseeable or not and whether based on negligence or otherwise, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with participating in this contest. 

CONTEST LAWS 

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Holiday Vacations in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with federal and state laws.
